Why can’t you reset? 

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. 

Please contact your ISP for the same 

I have problem with modem Arris only power on and i cant reset it!

TG3442DE is discontinued from Arris and there is no longer support for it.
