why cant i log in into arris and edit my router , its not letting be use the basic ,admin/password.
also im in germany and im supposed to be playing in europe servers, but my router sends me to asia servers in every game. how do i fix this without using a vpn

TG3442s is a cable voice modem so you can use the default login credentials to access interface, if you are not allowed you need to reset modem to login to the interface using default credentials admin/password . But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password
to connect to your network.
getting different location when using modem internet can be fixed by re provisioning your modem by the Internet service provider. so you can try checking this by contacting your ISP.
