I have the Arris TG6452, & it was strange that I also had issues after Nov 1st 2023, but I was getting "operation failed" when setting up devices I wanted to block from wifi during specific hours at night. Then, later when I wanted to delete them, I got error message.  So, only thing I could do was to change the time to a couple minutes.  So, I'm guessing it was the firmware update that screwed things up. My ISP (CasCable) in WV had no clue, and I got no help.  I hate to think I must do a factory reset!  I rebooted it several times and also unplugged trying that with no luck. I set up parental controls to block websites, and search terms. So, now I'm afraid if I block a site that later I want to remove, it might not allow, & go to error. Or, even a device. I'm a novice at it. When I access the reports, I'm not sure how accurate they are.  Plus, timestamps don't seem accurate. Trying to block porn sites, I think it helps some. PS. It's not a child's phone, it's an adult using my wifi here.

Any suggestions?

TG6452 is a not supported device. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. But to provide you general information you can try restarting and resetting modem then try again setting up parental control option on the modem interface.
