Does anyone have a download link to update firmware on TG862g/CT. Also can I plug an external drive into the USB port and have it found on my home network? I currently don’t see it when I check for connected devices on the router. Contact me at james_bromley1@hotmail.com

TG862g/CT is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
