TM1602 How to change password?

I just moved in with an elderly relative and need to change the password to something more secure but I have zero information on this old modem. Any help is appreciated

TM1602 is not supported by Arris.  Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
