My Nighthawk router is reset, all the lights are solid. Now my Arris modem TM822, the power light is solid green but the DS light is flashing orange, and the rest are faintly flashing. Please help! I have reset it fully and reset my router. There is nothing wrong with the router.

ARRIS supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the Internet Service Provider lease products.
