I would like to know if you can help me change my Wi-Fi frequency from 5G to 2.4G. Thank you.

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. Please contact your ISP for further assistance.

the cm8200 is a modem only device. It doesn’t have wifi. What router do you have? 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
