Hi,

 

I’ve tried in vain to change the admin password. I keep getting invalid password error code. I follow the prompts exactly, at least one upper case character, at least one number, at least one special character, 8 to 20 characters. I contacted Cogeco, who is my internet provider, and they were at a loss - suggested rebooting the router, and trying again. I read some of the queries here, and there’s mention of using the “wizard,” however this only changes the network password. Again, I’m trying to change the default admin password to one of my choosing. Is anyone able to shed some light on how to get this done?

TG3452 is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. 


You can contact your isp for help since its one of their devices. They might have a default configuration on it
