I’m on Optimum with an Arris router model TM 1602A. Download speed is fine, upload speed a disaster. Re-set both modem and router, nothing same result. Any thoughts, TIA.

TM1602A is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products, so please do contact your ISP for further assistance .
