Upstream is not locking for Arris TM804 eMTA

upstream lock is not happening and cable modem status showing as “DS_TOPOLOGY_RESOLUTION_IN_PROGRESS”

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. Please contact your ISP for further assistance.

    You’ll have to contact the ISP

    Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
