wifi problem on pc

I don’t see the network on my windows 10 computer in the other room maybe 15 meters of the router. It’s an stationary computer so it can’t be moved. The Wi-Fi is working perfectly on other devices so I don’t really know what the problem is. The router is connected via cable from the network provider (when I plug out the router from the cable it doesn’t work) so I can’t move the router

If you are unable to locate the network name only on the computer, I suggest you to add it manually. 

Also change the security mode to WPAWPA2-PSK(TKIP/AES) on 2.4GHZ.

Please mention the model number for more information.
