I need to change the email address associated with our app. How can I do this? I shouldn't have to restart the whole process to change an email address

Based on the selected product category (G18/G20), once the Surfboard Central app is set up using an email address, the same email address will be used as the username to log in to the gateway’s web interface. If you wish to change only the email address in the future, it is not possible to do so directly. You will need to remove the device from the app, perform a factory reset on the gateway, reinstall the app, and then sign up again using the new email address to create a new account.
