I couldn’t find one at the Arris website, so I went to Amazon to get one.

To access the user manual for the G20 model, please visit www.arris.com/consumersupport. Navigate to the WI-FI Cable Modems category, where you'll find a list of gateway models. Locate the G20 from the list, then click on Product Documents. From there, you can select and download the User Guide specific to the G20 model.

I am attempting to get my registration done and get a user manual because I get an error online when I attempt to register my brand new G20. I do not use a smartphone. I have called in for support. I was encouraged to leave my number. Nobody has called back.
When I follow your instructions, there are three options. (1) Download a warrantee card. I get this error: “This content delivery has expired.” (2) G20 Quick Start Guide downloads a Quick Start Guide for G18. It has instructions to use a smartphone, which I do not have. (3) The User Guide does download. Thanks.
