I am trying to get new modem to connect to my tvs i have spectrum cable and they show it working on there end

Could you please confirm the LED light status on the front panel of the gateway? Additionally, let us know if other devices are successfully connected to the Wi-Fi network, including the TV. This will help us better understand the issue.
