How to convert 5GHZ to 2.4 GHZ?? I am trying to connect my security camera that supports 2.4 GHZ.

By default, the G20 broadcasts both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz networks. You can switch between them as needed. If you’re still using the default credentials, you’ll see two network names starting with ‘G20’ one ending with ‘5G’ (the 5 GHz network) and the other without ‘5G’ at the end (the 2.4 GHz network). Try connecting to the latter

The network typically works best when the 2.4 GHz encryption method is set to medium.

Please refer to the link below for instructions on how to change the encryption method for the 2.4 GHz network:

Once the encryption method has been updated, check whether the printer is able to connect to the 2.4 GHz network.
