Could you please confirm the name of your internet service provider and the speed plan you are currently subscribed to?

If your provider offers a coaxial connection and your speed plan is below 1 Gbps, please connect the G20 gateway to an active coaxial outlet.

Once the gateway displays a solid blue light, it indicates that the coaxial signal is active. At that point, you can contact your internet service provider and provide them with the HFC MAC ID to activate your internet service.

If the service providers have activated the gateway, it should have automatically rebooted, indicating that it is undergoing the activation process.

Once the gateway shows a solid blue light, indicating an active coaxial connection, please connect a device either via Wi-Fi or Ethernet to check if the internet connection is working properly.
