Used an IP address to activate my ARRIS surfboard Wi-Fi cable modem G20 and now my chrome browser will not return...or I should say I don’t know how to back out of the IP situation. It is creating an inability for Wi-Fi calling and Chrome interface is no longer available. I am not a techy by any means, age 78, so excuse me if some of my terms are out of whack! ARRIS did warn me that there would possibly be consequences but I had no choice but to continue...much to my demise

Could you please confirm the name of your internet service provider and the speed plan you’ve subscribed to?

To activate the G20 modem, you’ll need to contact your internet service provider and provide them with the HFC MAC ID.

Also, to access the modem’s interface, please ensure that the device you're using is connected to the G20’s Wi-Fi network.
