Connected new G20 modem/router and everything connects (TV for streaming, phone for internet use) but mobile calling over WiFi is not working. We have no phone service inside our house without WiFi calling. Mobile calling over WiFi works at neighbor’s house just fine.

To isolate the issue, try connecting your mobile phone to both network bands—5 GHz and 2.4 GHz—to check if Wi-Fi calling works on both.
If Wi-Fi calling does not work on either band, we recommend logging into the G20 web interface.
Once logged in, navigate to:
Gateway → Troubleshooting → Restart/Restore, then select Restart Wi-Fi Module.
After restarting, check if the issue persists. If it does, we suggest clicking Restore Wi-Fi Defaults.
Please note: Selecting this option will reset any custom Wi-Fi settings (such as network name changes) back to their defaults.
Finally, navigate to Advanced → ALG, check the IPsec box, and save the changes.
