I can’t get into the Arris - Login. I activated the Surf Board mobile app, but it only asked for my email, and did not ask for a password. When I access the site, it asks for an email, and won’t let me type admin for a user and use password to login. How do I find the password? I tried doing a factory reset as well.

It seems the app was not set up properly, which has caused the web-based interface to be misconfigured.
Note: The Surfboard Central app pairs with the gateway and syncs with the web-based interface (GUI). Once the app is set up correctly, it will generate a password for the interface.
We recommend performing a factory reset. Hold down the reset button for at least 20 seconds and then release it to reset the gateway. Once reset, wait for it to boot up and make sure that you have an internet connection when you connect your devices to the Wi-Fi.
After confirming everything is working, start the setup process on the app again. For your reference, please find the link below for the steps to set up the app.
