Called my provider they activated device on my network I go through the steps all the way to the end tells me I’m good I can connect to the modem but it is not providing connection even though my provider said it is receiving connection not really sure what else to do
try a factory reset and reinstall? Might be worth a shot.

Could you please help us understand the LED light status on the gateway (G18)? Also, may I know who your internet service provider is and the speed plan you have subscribed to?
My provider was here yesterday and WIFI is still intermittent. Too late to return so now I have an expensive paperweight and new Modem and separate router.
