Please share the name of your internet service provider and the speed plan you are currently subscribed to.
If your internet service provider uses a coaxial cable connection, they will need to activate the internet service for your cable modem or gateway.
Make sure the coaxial cable is securely connected to the G20 gateway. Wait until the LED indicator turns solid blue, which signifies that the device is ready. Then, contact your internet service provider and provide them with the HFC MAC ID to complete the activation process.
