Have not been able to connect my printer to new modem router.  Printer works on 2.5g and has wifi WPS button

Most printers connect using the 2.4 GHz network, and they typically work best when the 2.4 GHz encryption method is set to medium.

Please refer to the link below for instructions on how to change the encryption method for the 2.4 GHz network:

Once the encryption method has been updated, check whether the printer is able to connect to the 2.4 GHz network.
