I just switched and updated to the G20 modem/router. I have been able to connect my phone to it but no other devices are able to connect. When I look on the dashboard, it only shows my phone. The password is correct but it won't connect. How do I fix this?

Could you please confirm the name of your Internet Service Provider and whether you had the gateway activated by providing them the HFC MAC ID listed on the device? If yes, could you also confirm the current LED light status on the gateway?
