Not tech savvy. Purchased a G20 at the recommendation of Best Buy for gaming. I have a 600mbps plan. I'm only getting 6 download and 1 upload after swapping my previous router-modem. Talked to ISP and they're not sure. Is there a setting I need to change? I didn't see one on the website for the modem-router. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Since you are experiencing slow Wi-Fi speed, I would suggest changing the Wi-Fi channels and monitoring the performance for 24 hours.

Only with specific devices or all the devices are affected?

It is wired with a coaxial cable. It is through all the devices. On both 2.4 and 5.

got a copy of the cable connections page and event logs? if wired and wireless are slow, then you need to start back at basic and check the connections
