My new (< 60 days) G20 died.  No LED lights when plugged in at all.  I want to return for a replacement.    Need RMA.

Surfboard.com is less than user friendly as the link for live chat suggest the surfboard community.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Once you visit the site, please close any pop-up windows and look for the options labeled “Live Chat” or “Call Us.”

When you select either option, you’ll be prompted to check your warranty status by validating your device’s model and serial number.

  • If you choose the Call option and your warranty is validated, the system will provide you with the technical support phone number.
  • If you choose Chat, the page will redirect you to initiate a live chat session with support.

If you're still unable to locate these options, we’ve reached out to you via private message for further assistance.

We suggest to try different power outlets and also if possible please do try a different power adapter.

Also we would recommend performing a factory reset on the device.

If the issue continues after these steps, please reach out to us via our support platform at www.arris.com/consumersupport.

I don’t have another power supply.  The modem doesn’t power period.

Please provide a phone # for arris support to get an RMA.  The link provided is useless as there is no link to have a live chat, no phone #.  It explains there can be a live chat and it is within business hours, but no link available to start, tried chrome and safari and no it is not a pop up window blocker issue.
