I connected my ARRIS G20 and had the factory SSID and Factory PAssword - -
When I went to change the password and the SSID - it locked me out and I am not able to start over to reset the modem router.

Could you please confirm where you are trying to change the password, in the Surfboard Central app or through the web interface?
