I raced home. I had ten minutes of pushing live chat. Live chat was open. Kept pushing while nothing happened for ten minutes. Now it’s closed and I still don’t have WiFi for my dogs automatic feeder. Needed set up help. This garbage is going back tomorrow. I don’t have time for their nonsense. I work 13 hours on eastern time. They should have put that on the listing. Not convenient for eastern customers. I’m already over it.
Live chat was a farce. Already want to return this.
