I put in admin and the password in the setup booklet and it is telling me it is wrong. How do I login to the modem?

For models like G18 during the initial setup, you’ll be prompted to create a password for accessing the web interface. We recommend performing a factory reset by holding the reset button for at least 20 seconds. This will restore the entire gateway to its factory default settings.
