network names dont match the app

Hi there. I set up custom network names, but then had to reset the modem - causing the network names to revert back to the original names. However, the app still shows the custom network names - but everything else shows the originals. How can I get the app to revert back?

Once your app is set up, it stays synced with the gateway. However, if you perform a factory reset on the gateway, the app will lose its synchronization. This happens because the gateway reverts to its default settings, while the app remains stuck on the last configured settings.

To resolve this, you’ll need to set up the app again. First, remove the device from the app, then redo the setup process.
