Just got my G20-6118. Tried to set up and while the primary green light at bottom lights up, neither my phone, via app, nor computer, will recognize device. I am using DECCA, which is somewhat priority to my community, and only access. On my old Motorola, it works fine, was trying to upgrade. Thanks

If you’re referring to changing the Wi-Fi credentials, you can do it in two ways: either through the web interface or via the Surfboard Central app, if you have it set up.

Please find the steps below to change the network credentials through the web interface:

To change the credentials using the Surfboard Central app, follow the instructions in this link:

Could you please let us know the name of your internet service provider?

Also, is your internet connection delivered via coaxial cable or fiber optics?

I did finally get the install done. I am using the only company allowed in my area, and it is DECCA. It comes via coax. My next issue is how to I change the password of the device?
