I placed an order from shop.surfboard.com for a G20 to replace my SBG7580, I screen captured the order #. Credit card was billed, no order confirmation or acknowledgment email received.  Yet a email to rate the product.  No email or phone listed for customer service. How does one check status and track an order?

Modem received Saturday night. I have yet to receive, order information, shipping status or notification.
