Return/refund defective modem- G20

I purchased a modem on 3/10/25 at Best Buy. The modem stopped working correctly. Went to Best Buy on 4/12/25 to return. Was told it was past the 15 day return policy & we needed to contact Arris directly to return the item & get a refund. How do I go about doing so?

Arris only offers a replacement under their warranty policy and does not provide a refund option.

If you are looking for a refund, I recommend reaching out to the retailer where you originally made the purchase.

We don’t need a replacement, just want to return it & get a refund. I did speak with someone, but they weren’t very helpful.
