Won’t accept my passwork when I attempt to use 5G, I’m only able to use 2.4 on my Arris G20 modem

Since you are unable to connect to the 5G network, I would suggest following the guidelines given below:

 19601 - G18/G20: Unable to Connect to the Wi-Fi Network.

Have you logged into the router to check if you’re using the correct password?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
