Unable to log into 5G network, only 2.4 on G20 Arris

Won’t accept my passwork when I attempt to use 5G, I’m only able to use 2.4 on my Arris G20 modem

Have you logged into the router to check if you’re using the correct password?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
