WiFi drops out at any time and reconnects the same way

My G34 went out on the 4th...I ran every test that Xfinity told me to do...2 technicians came out on two separate times...still no wifi!! Ethernet works... wifi is not! I brought a Xfinity modem to the house...same results!! I even bought a G36 thinking that it was outdated tech!! Still can't get WiFi in my house!!! Something is really wrong here!! Now I'm taking everything back... because I believe my G34 was working just fine!! But something is going on out there with my carrier signal for WiFi on Comcast lines!!

Since you mentioned no Wi-Fi, could you let me know the network name broadcasting in your devices. If not, I suggest you to perform factory reset the modem and let us know whether default credentials broadcasting in your devices.
