192.168.0.1 password/email not accepted

Arris model G36 purchased last month. Had tough time setting up via Xfinity and had to speak with Arris support who reset it and then back to exfinity to register it again.  Now need to put in Bridge mode but when go to 192.168.0.1, I use the email address I registered under but no idea what password to use.  No matter what I use, cannot get past error for incorrect email.
