i have an old ipad that keeps telling me it cannot connect to the network,  rebooted and reset everything

    What error does it give you? 

    Are you using wpa2 for security? Or wpa3?

    Did you contact apple for help with their device?

    Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
