I currently have an SBG7600 wifi modem in my SBC in a second home.

I’m trying to set up a G36 in my main home through the app.  When I try to add a device my G36 is not listed as a selection.

Can anyone shed some light on this issue?  Thank you

You’ll need to create a separate account in the SBC app with another email address.  You cannot use the email address used for SBG7600.


Or just set it up using the browser. That works too
