My Brother BRW38B1DBBFE21E. is connected to 2.4 WiFi on SurfBoard G34. Yet it doesn’t show under connected devices. It does show up connected in my Network Analyzer IOS app. I can print from my laptop connected to 5 or 2.4. My IOS products will only see it and print on 2.4. All worked fine on my ISPs Technicolor modem I replaced  a week ago. Anyone with a fix?

No as I said in my post my printer is connected to 2.4 ghz My laptop can print connected to neither 2.4 or 5. Apple devices can only AirPrint over 2.4 using AirPrint.

Actually I discovered an answer. I used laptop to access the printer via IP address  on my network A menu popped up. On choice was to enable IPv6 I did. Now I can AirPrint when connected to either of my 2.4 or 5 home SSID networks

Hello UncleAlThePal,

We understand that you are trying to connect both the bands 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz to your printer.

Majorly the printers with built-in Wi-Fi only supports 2.4 GHz
