To whom it may concern,
In December 2022, I purchased this Arris equipment from Amazon.
From day one, we go from problem to problemwith frustrations.
In other thing, we experienced these problems:
- Inconsistent connections
- Drop Wifi and Wired Signals intermittently
- Wifi speed that are way below the contracted speed from the ISP
- Very often cannot connect on the 5G channel
- Found out that there could be a serious security issues affecting that device
After numerous re-boots, factory resets and conversation with ISP and Arris Customer support departments, still not performing as advertised.
My ISP went all in supporting my account by re-wiring the whole house up to their connection box…… no change.
All attempted solutions have failed so far in trying to fix it.
My request is to return this device to Amazon for a full credit.
