My modem says connected but no internet. The blue light is flashing. Is this a modem issue, or ISP issue?

Is this your first time setting up the gateway? Have you activated it with your internet service provider by providing them with the HFC MAC ID? Also, please let us know your subscribed internet speed plan.

Make sure that the gateway is connected to an active coaxial connection.
