Arris G34 Guest Wi-Fi Network Not Broadcasting

I recently purchased an Arris G34. The two home Wi-Fi networks are enabled to broadcast as well as the guest Wi-Fi network but the guest network isn’t broadcasting. I am unable to see it in any device. Any guidance would be appreciated.

On what I don’t think is related, for some reason the primary home network kicks some of my devices out as having an incorrect password despite repeated attempts to re-enter while other devices accept the same exact password. I’m pretty sure they were correctly entered. The second home network doesn’t do that--so I just use the second home network as the primary. But just throwing it out in case someone thinks I have a defective device.

An update: I decided to factory reset the device. After manually re-configuring it again, everything works so far, including the broadcasting of the guest Wi-Fi channel. I was concerned about doing the factory reset because I had a number of port forwarding configurations for a legacy device--but it wasn’t so bad.
