My Arris-G34 has a solid orange light on the front it is usually green. No devices are able to pick my modem up. I have unplugged the devices and I have reset the device and nothing is working someone please help what is wrong with these Arris-G34 modems.
Amber usually indicates that its just connected.
Is the wifi broadcasting?
When you reset, did you push and hold for up to 30 seconds? Does the lights change while doing that?
I did they are 1 light on the front it stays orange and they are 4 lights that is 1 one each ethwrnwt they will blink alittle but stay on to besides that. I think my router has went bad or I seen arris g34& g36 had a update Nov 1 2023 and I saw my provider didn't update it or something idk.
After resetting the modem, the led light status is still amber. So I suggest you to check the IP address through direct connection.
