i have had this router for not even a whole month and the wifi network is accessible from all my devices but when selected there is no internet connection. i am a student and the router is hooked up to our schools internet and i don’t think other people are having this problem.

Could you please confirm the name of your internet service provider and the speed plan you’ve opted for?
Also, let us know the current LED light status on your G34 gateway.
Are you attempting to connect the G34 using an Ethernet cable instead of a coaxial connection?
