I factory reset my Arris G36 router/modem to default login : admin/passowrd.
When I attempt to reset it up, it only prompts me to update the password.
When I try to login in with the new password: admin/new password. It says invalid credentials.
I input modem/SN on the support website and it tells me my warranty expired last year.
Does this mean they will no longer provide me with support for my product?
Please I am in desperate need of your assistance.
Thank you for your time.

Even if the warranty has expired, we currently still support the product.
When you factory reset the G36, the web-based interface (GUI) will revert to its default settings. Since you mentioned creating a password for login, please make sure it includes an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. Make sure to note down the password. If you are confident that you are entering the correct password, I suggest trying a different browser and clearing the cache and cookies.
