My modem wont do a hard reset. Or any kinda of rest. It's stuck on sold green. Luckily I have my old modem still. This modem. Not even a year old yet

Are you able to see the network name of G36 to connect to the modem wifi network or accessing modem GUI. If that is not working and still Green light on the modem even after resetting modem for 30 secs then to proceed further on this case we would suggest you to reach to Arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance if the modem is under warranty.
