I can access Arris G36 Web GUI through Surfboard app using my iPhone, but can’t access Web GUI with my laptop, either via wired LAN or Wi-Fi. Keep getting message:
“Invalid Login Credentials!
TIP: Use the email address you provided in the SURFboard® App.
I’m using same login email and password that works for Web GUI access displayed in Surfboard app”

I would suggest clearing your browser's cookies and cache, as this can often resolve login problems.
It may also be helpful to try using a different browser to see if that makes a difference.
Additionally, please ensure you're using the correct credentials and also the credentials provided for logging into the SURFboard Central app are case sensitive
