Does anyone know why or have any suggestions as to why this portal takes forever to login to? Surfboard app as well trying to access GUI through it. When I make changes it takes forever to complete. I have already factory-reset the router three times. I have never had this much trouble.

We recommend trying to log into the interface while the coaxial cable is connected and see if the page loads quickly.
