Hi wkmiecik,

As you are unable to connect your printer to G36, here we need to change the “Security Mode” by logging in to the web manager page.

Connect to your Wi-Fi and access the web manager (192.168.0.1)by logging into user: admin and password: password (all in lowercase). if you had customized the password please log in with it.

On the gateway page please click on “Connection” <>” Wi-Fi” select <> “Networks” and then towards the right side, you will see “Primary Home Wi-Fi Network” Then select the 2.4GHz “Edit” section the 2.4GHz will be seen, select the: Security Mode” which will be on default as” WPA2/WPA3 Mixed Personal(AES) Recommended change to WPAWPA2-PSK(TKIP/AES).

If you have any more queries let us know. Please note only the 2.4GHz security mode is to be changed as most of the printers connect only to the 2.4GHz network.
