I logged in using the last 8 of the serial number but when it asks for the entire serial number it says it is not correct

G34 wont helps to login with the last 8 digits of the serial number. I would suggest to factory reset the modem.
After factory reset, please launch a web browser (192.168.0.1) and it will help to create a new password for the login access. Please refer the link for your reference:
