It's pretty clear now that Arris G36 is a massive frustration to several customers. I can not have satisfactory use of my Xfinity 2 GB connection.
So my question is, instead of this dumb piece of plastic with bad tech inside and worst customer service, what do you folks suggest as a good modem wifi? Because this one is going to the trash can tomorrow.
